An end of an era (life)

This is my last official day of my 20s. Unfortunately, I'm spending it home sick. But, the extra couch time is giving me a chance to reflect and I like to reflect.

I've tried to reflect in prose form...but, it's not working. I need a list.
In ten years I have:
*Moved from college, to Arizona, to DC, to New York and am pretty sure I'm not done yet.
*Tried out several jobs until I found one that makes me so happy.
*Traveled lots and lots (numbers provided upon request)
*Tried new things and became less afraid, even though I still have a list.
*Kept old friends close and was so lucky to find new old friends.

Exactly one year ago, I talked about the things I wanted to do this year. I think I was able to live my life in a way that makes me happy. Now, I am about to begin a new decade. I am so excited for all of the things that will come. I hope that I can find new things to make me happy, learn new things about myself, and have a few new adventures. I guess we'll find out.

Turning 30 was an amazing event in my life. I hope you can approach it with positivity.

Feel better.

I'm excited for my 30s. I think it will hold good things. The colds might not be the highlight...but, other things, those will be good.

30 feels like 29, but with more expensive health insurance.

Ha! So far, 30 does feel very much like 29. But, now I get to say, "In my 20s...."
