I have a supply cloest (teaching)

Everything I wrote about being a second year teacher and knowing what is going on was an overstatement. Today, I found out that there is actually a way for me to request supplies at my school. I went an entire year without knowing that this mystical place existed. In fact, I told all of the first year teachers that they should provide their own office supplies because I did that last year. I don't know where the supply closet is in the building. I am not sure if I will actually get anything. But, I have requested some stuff. Right now, I have the following things on my supply list: tape, teacher scissors, staples, and dry erase markers.

I thought a supply closet for teachers was an urban myth or a thing that could only be found in suburban districts. Now, I have my own. This year, I am going to make my way into that closet (once I find it). I want to see office supply heaven and figure out what else I can request. There are probably things I didn't even know I needed in there.
