LA is in the middle of a heat wave. I spent the weekend by the beach (where it was 20 degrees cooler). Now I'm back and I'm schvitzing. I've got a natural glow about me. The news said that this glow should last until the middle of the week. I have little desire to move and I don't want to eat. A few more days above 100 may be a more effective crash diet than a week in the MaDonk's shed.

That stinks. But get used to it. If you ever get sick of the hot weather you should come here and we'll make a snowman or something!
P.S. Today was the first day of classes I'll try and call you later. I'm just afraid to call when you are in school.
The Madonk's Shed Diet would've only taken 1 day to work this weekend. I'm sweating just thinking about how hot it was this weekend.
