I had my brunch date today. I ate hummus, I talked about an international life, and reminded myself of who I can be on a date. After brunch, I went to Central Park with my roommate and then met up with friends close to home. I used public transportation between boroughs. But, mostly I walked. Within Manhattan, I walked 7.224933529319764 miles (as measured by Gmaps Pedometer). Once back in Queens, I walked an additional 3 miles to and from the subway, via a stop at my coffee place and my local park . Gmaps Pedometer is a good time. Maybe I'll try to make this a part of every date I go on in the near future.
